10 Lessons in English or Czech

A set of 10 lessons in which I will teach you the basics of Fitness. We will create a workout plan for beginners together, that you will be able to stick to for a couple of months or years. 
If you've already been working out, i'll correct your form and take your fitness to the next level.
Must be used up within 3 months.

20 Lessons in English or Czech

A bundle of 70 minute Lessons in English or Czech. You will get a good grip on where to start or what to do. You will not only learn the basics, but also where to go from there.

If you are advanced, you will learn new techniques and methods very well, while also discovering and working on your weak parts. 
Must be used up within 3 months.

Monthly workouts 2 or 3 times a week

The most Popular plan. It will not only motivate you to keep working on yourself, I will also provide online support for you. Whether it is a question or a need for motivation, with this option, I will always be only a call or a text away, to make sure you stick to your goals, know how to and that we achieve them together. Works best long term.
